Emily loves to cook!

In this, Emily's semester of being almost done, she took the required classes she needed to graduate and took some fun classes. One of them was a cooking course, and I am glad she took it! I have always thought Emily was a good cook, but her dinners now are at least twice as good. Must be the chocolate.

Here she is with her cooking group.

Eclair cake, made of whipped cream, vanilla pudding,
graham crackers, and chocolate frosting. And Love.

Here is a picture of an apple pie she made. Cored the apples and all!

Here is all the juices falling out of the pie while I took a picture.

Her final project was a carefully budgeted (I think she said under $20) meal for a family of six. I guess the lettuce wraps didn't turn out as well as she would've hoped, but the rest of the meal looks great.

Ok, that strawberry covered chocolate roll-up thing in the first picture looks awesome! I think you need to come visit GA so you can make it for me. ;-)

Grandma Waite loves to cook too. Happy you are doing so well in the cooking dept. If I could pass one things on to my posterity, it would be my love of cooking. Your graham cracker dessert I got off the Paula Dean cooking online and it uses chocolate, butterscotch, and vanilla puddings. Yummy. Go girl! Love Grandma Waite
